Expiry Reminders
Residents now get notice before their last link to a property ends. Connect sends a push and email to the person affected. The reminder does not change validity — it only warns when they have no other active link on site.

Access Control Diagnostic Tool
With the new diagnostic tool in Central, managers can run a detailed check on any person's access control setup. See at a glance which of their access methods are active, where they're permitted to go, and exactly what might be blocking them — whether it's a missing biometric, an inactive method, or a peripheral issue at a specific reader.
